Some reports allow you to create a custom, point-in-time version based on the most up-to-date payroll data. Reports with this option display in the Customizable Reports section of the Individual Reports list. There are two types of reports that offer custom options:
Customizable Reports allow you to run or rerun specific Standard Reports, such as the Payroll Journal, with a variety of options.
The Custom Options panel displays all the available options that exist for a Customizable Report.
Customizable Reports can also be added to Favorites and Custom packages. When selected from either location, the reports process if the required options are entered.
To access Customizable Reports, your client account must be set up with the required products.
Customizable Reports for Exporting Data allows you to run Paychex designed report templates for the data to export in one or more file formats, such as Excel, CSV (comma-separated values), and FW (fixed width). To access Customizable Reports for Exporting Data, your client account must be set up for the required products.

The Custom Options panel provides all available options, allowing you to control what data displays in the report output.
The layout you choose to run the report with determines which columns display in the report output.
Click the link next to the run date in the Report Results grid to quickly access a report you ran in the last 30 days.
Some Customizable Reports and Customizable Reports for Exporting Data can be run for more than one company at a time. These reports have a Select Company(s) option in the Custom Options panel. To select more than one company, click the Edit (pencil) button under Select Company(s), then individually select each company from the list.

Only columns belonging to the clients selected in the main client selector (available after log in at the top of the screen) display in the report output. Verify you have all clients checked before running the report. |
Customizable Reports may not display in the Individual Reports list if you do not have the appropriate access required for the report.
