Deleting a Message

You can delete a message while it is open or from the Messages panel.

To delete an open message, click Download on the message.

To delete a message from the Messages panel, or to delete multiple messages:

1. In the Messages panel, select the checkbox to the left of each message you want to delete.

2. In the Messages toolbar, click Delete.
