Earnings & Deductions

Use this screen to add earnings or deductions at the company level.

To modify existing earnings and deductions, please contact your Paychex representative.

Add an Earning or Deduction

  1. Click Add.jpg.

  2. Select the appropriate earning/deduction, then click ADD. Options include:

    Only one earning or deduction can be selected at a time.

  1. Enter a custom name for the earning or deduction.

    The Start Date field defaults to the system date. This date can be changed.

  2. Click SAVE & NEXT.
