1. Can I get my reports in a format/application other than PDF?

   At this time, reports are only available in PDF format. If you choose to save the individual PDF documents within a zip file, you are prompted to Open or Save the file. Clicking Open allows you to select your documents individually for viewing. Clicking Save allows you to save the zip file to your PC.

2. If I am seeing incorrect information and cannot change it, who should I contact?

   The company payroll administrator should be contacted to research the issue.

3. Why are my Social Security and Bank Account Numbers masked?

   Paychex policy is to mask Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to protect against identity theft.

4. Why don't I see a check stub I believe I should have?

   Checks are available for viewing at a universal time for a company. Contact your employer's payroll administrator for details.

5. When will each year's W-2s be available?

   W-2s for the previous calendar year are available for viewing by the third Friday in January. Contact your Payroll Administrator for details.

6. Can I view, print, or save multiple check stubs and W-2s?

   Yes, after you select your documents, you can select one file to save as a PDF, or select multiple files and create a zip file with multiple PDFs in the file. If you choose to save the individual PDF documents within a zip file, you are prompted to Open or Save the file. Clicking Open allows you to select your documents individually for viewing.
