Selecting Get All Report Results displays all reports processed in the past 30 days. The list of reports displayed can be changed by selecting the Advanced drop-down, then and making different selections.
Date Range allows you to change the beginning and end dates of the report processing date.
All users limits the results to standard reports produced by Paychex or Custom (On Demand) reports run by a company user in the past 7 days.
All Formats allows you to limit the listing to specific output formats.
All Topics limits the listing to reports produced by different processes or for different products.
The All Result display can be changed through the Options menu.
Show Columns allows you to add or remove columns from the display. The order of columns can also be changed by dragging and dropping on the grid.
Restore Default View removes your custom column settings.
Preferences offers options for how to download multiple report selections.
