Manage Favorites

Use Manage Favorites to add or remove reports or packages in the Favorite Report Results panel. Access Manage Favorites by clicking the pencil icon next to the Favorites header on the Reports panel.

Specific reports are available in multiple packages and as individual reports. You only need to select the report, or a package containing the report, one time to have it display in the Favorite Report Results panel. If the report is selected as part of a package, you must expand the Pay Period, Quarterly, Annual, or Invoice package in Favorite Report Results.

Add a report or package to your Favorite Report Results

  1. Click the pencil icon (Manage Favorites).

  2. Click the Options menu, then select Add Reports, or click Add (+) next to the Options menu.

    Packages must be added from the Package Option Menu.

  3. Select the reports.

    Customizable Reports and Customizable Reports for Exporting Data require a custom name to be entered before it can be saved to your Favorite Report Results panel.

  4. Click Save.

Edit the custom reports options for a report in your Favorite Report Results

 

  1. Click the pencil icon (Manage Favorites).
  2. Click Edit (pencil) to the right of the report name.

    The Edit option does not display for packages.

  3. Modify the Custom Report options.

  4. Click Save.

Remove a report or package from your Favorite Report Results

  1. Select the Manage Favorites icon.

  2. Find the report name, then click the red trash can (Delete) next to the report name.

  3. A pop-up window displays. Click OK to confirm the deletion.
