Packages Report Results Grid

The Report Results grid for standard packages or custom packages displays the reports generated for the selected package. For custom packages, click GET REPORTS to display the reports in the Report Results grid.

The Report Results grid view can be changed by clicking Options.

The Report Results grid options include:

• Add/Remove Columns - Allows you to add or remove columns from displaying on the Report Results grid. The order of columns can also be changed by dragging and dropping on the grid.  

• Restore Default View - Removes your custom column settings.

• Report Results Preferences - Allows you to select one of the following options for how to download multiple report selections:

• • All Reports as Individual Files to download each report individually.

  • All PDF Reports as One File to download one PDF file.

    This option is only available for custom packages.

To access a report from the Report Results grid:

• Click the link next to the Run Date or in the Report Name column for an individual row to display a single report.

• Select the checkbox  for one or more rows, then click VIEW or DOWNLOAD to view multiple reports.

Tips for the Report Results Grid

• Click a row in the grid to quickly access a report.

• To view a report, select the appropriate checkbox then click VIEW. To download a report, select the appropriate checkbox, then click DOWNLOAD.

• To remove a report from the Report Results grid, select the appropriate checkbox, then click REMOVE.
