Recently Run Reports

Select Recently Run Reports to display all standard reports processed in the past 30 days and/or customizable reports generated within the last seven days. The list of reports that displays can be changed by clicking Filter and making different selections.  

Filter Options

• Date Range allows you to limit the results for Recently Run Reports to only display reports generated in the last 30 days or reports generated within a specific date range.

• All users limits the results for Recently Run Reports to standard reports produced by Paychex and/or Custom (Customizable Reports or Customizable Reports for Exporting Data) reports run by a company user in the past seven days.

• All Formats allows you to limit the results for Recently Run Reports to only display reports with a specific format.

• All Topics limits the results of Recently Run Reports to only display reports generated under a specific topic.  

The Recently Run Reports display can be changed through the Options menu.

• Add/Remove Columns allows you to add or remove columns from the display. The column order can also be changed by dragging and dropping a column on the grid. The Report Name/Custom Name and Run Date columns cannot be removed from the grid.

• Restore Default View removes your custom column settings.

• Report Results Preferences allows you to select one of the following options to download multiple report selections:

• • All Reports as Individual Files to download each report individually.

  • All PDF Reports as One File to download one PDF file.
