Standard Reports

Standard Reports are created by a Paychex system or service. Reports can be accessed individually from the Individual Reports list in the Reports panel. Select the report name to populate the screen with information about the report, a list of report results, and additional options for the report.

Report Tips

• Click Reporting: or the Reporting icon in the top right of the screen to return to the Reporting landing page.

• Standard Reports always display with a P icon in the Report Results grid.

• Contact your Paychex representative if you believe a report you requested is not generating for your company.  

• Standard Reports may not display in the Individual Reports list if you do not have the access required for the report.
