Worksite Codes
Worksite codes uniquely identify each of your business locations that are covered under the same state unemployment insurance identification number.
Employers in some states are required to file a worksite report as a supplement to the SUI return if, in almost all cases, they have at least 10 employees working in multiple locations. Every state collects the return, but in some states it is voluntary. Therefore, this code can be captured on any worker tax state unemployment tax record.
