User Access

Three additional views are available in People for users with Online access.

• User Account  – the summary view for the user includes the user name and the primary email.

• Security – enables a company administrator to perform actions on the account such as:

• • password, pin, and email reset

  • resend a welcome email

• User Access – enables a company administrator to determine what type of access, if any, they would like the user to have specific to each online service the company subscribes to.

Security can be broken down by different user types.

• Application level security is typically a company or CPA user who may be given view, edit, or grant access capability to a given application.

• Usually employee level security is automatically granted to a user based on the employee level services the company subscribes to.
