You can access the Personal view from the People icon.

The personal view contains the employee's Demographics, Address, and Contact information.

Based on security settings, the user can view or change other employee’s information or their own information only.

There are minimum required pieces of information, denoted by an asterisk, which are required to be completed for a record to be saved. It is important to ensure the accuracy of certain pieces of data such as social security number, birth date and zip code. These data elements are used in other areas/applications for things such as validating online access, retirement plan eligibility and tax withholding defaults that may apply.
