You can access the Time Off view from the People icon.
Select Time Off from the View menu.

The Time Off screen is read only. The view does not display if you do not subscribe to the Time Off Accrual. Please contact your Paychex representative for more information. |
The following employee information displays:
Type – displays the type of policy assigned to the employee (for example, sick, vacation)
Description – displays the policy name
Accrual rate – displays the accrual rate associated with employee’s time off policy
Balance – displays the employee’s time off balance in hours, units, or day (based on the policy)
If no time off policies are associated with this employee, the following message displays:
No time off policies are set up for this employee.
