User

A user is an individual that has been given access to one or more Paychex services.  User access is granted either by Paychex or by a user within the company that has the rights to grant access to other users.

Most application users will be affiliated to the company as a worker or independent contractor.  There will be instances when an individual will be designated as a User Only (for example, CPA, accountant, or third party bookkeeper).
