The Last Payroll tile is a snapshot of the last payroll we processed for you, which includes payroll dates and your company’s cash requirements.
Cash Required is the total cash required for your company to cover all checks, taxes, EFTs, and miscellaneous expenses in the payroll.
If you’re a PEO client, or an ASO client using the single debit option, the total cash required is the Automatic Payment amount on your invoice.
The Initial EFT section shows the first amount that will be withdrawn electronically from your company’s bank accounts and the date.
If multiple electronic transfers have the same transaction date, the transaction count displays in the Initial EFT heading.
If you’re a PEO client, or an ASO client using the single debit option, the amount in this section is the Automatic Payment amount on your invoice.
If your company combines multiple payrolls with the same check date, the Cash Required and the EFT amounts are the total amounts required for all payrolls.
